I'm assuming this is Ian Bullough mis-transcribed from the original handwritten census form. There are 37 people recorded at this address, so it will be a boarding house for Eton School.

Looking at OS maps of Redmarley for 1923, I can find no reference to Drury Lane Farm or Drury Lane House, although Drury lane is clearly marked. The property where I believe Elsie lived is marked as 'Hillfields House'.
